Receptionist - Dublin
Due to growth, my client based in the Dublin area is looking to recruit a Receptionist for an immediate start.
The role in a nutshell:
This role requires the successful candidate to provide reception duties working alongside a busy team. You will need to be proactive, highly motivated, and organized to complete tasks with professionalism and within tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential attributes for this role.
Main duties include:
* Front of house/facilities management
* Dealing with general queries & complaints
* Collaborating with onsite teams and key stakeholders to help maintain legislative requirements within the industry
* Liaising with industry key players to progress developments to completion
* Managing information databases, including electronic, hard copy, and other office systems
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reception or administration role
* Strong IT and MS Office skills
* Ability to understand and use professional software systems
* Proactive mindset and ability to use initiative
* Team player with a professional attitude
