Job Title: Staff Nurse
Serenity Supported Homecare Limited T/A Serenity Care is hiring Staff Nurses to provide quality, person-centered care that meets the needs of patients for a 39-hour week.
About the Role
* Taking up responsibility on each shift for the nursing care of patients and ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
* Leading teams of Healthcare Assistants and guiding them in providing high-quality direct and indirect care.
* Maintaining accurate documentation relating to patients according to regulatory requirements.
The role involves working in a dynamic environment where teamwork, personal development, and continuous improvement are encouraged. You will also be expected to monitor handovers closely after every shift. If any concerns or incidents arise regarding patient safety or staff welfare, please report them promptly.
