Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support the business across financial reporting month-end close and core accounting processes. This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to a SME finance function, with opportunities to develop technical expertise, commercial awareness and experience within the adult beverage/FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts• Assist with the month-end close process, including journals and accruals• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances• Support monthly sales and margin reporting by product, brand, customer and region• Assist with discount and promotional analysis• Support product cost analysis• Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliations• Support working capital management, including receivables, payables and inventoryEssential Criteria• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)• 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in industry finance• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or operations finance• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced
