A leading Irish Private Equity firm is expanding their team and is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate. The role will be based in their Dublin office. This position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including payment reconciliation and administrative management. Responsibilities include:
* Support the full scope of the Accounts Payable function;
* Enter daily financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail;
* Manage interactions with internal departments and suppliers;
* Process a high volume of invoices and reconcile supplier accounts;
* Assist with processing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in accounts payable;
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
