Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist
This is a permanent full-time role that will play a pivotal part in managing and maintaining the company's inventory levels. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, conducting regular audits, and using inventory management software.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain logistics.
2. Coordinating with teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and timely deliveries.
3. Forecasting supply needs and managing damaged inventory to optimize logistics.
4. Resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with inventory management best practices.
Requirements:
You will have 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or a related field. You will have experience with forecasting and supply chain analysis. You will have a good understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting. You will be proficient with inventory management software (e.g. ERP systems level), MS Excel & Office. You will have a qualification in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. You will have strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
