Construction Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of construction projects across Wicklow. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving project outcomes from early planning through to completion.
* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure works progress safely, on schedule, and within budget constraints.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor programme milestones, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
* Oversee quality assurance and ensure works comply with design specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
* Manage health & safety on site, ensuring risk assessments, toolbox talks, and compliance documentation are in place and up to date.
* Liaise closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations, and procurement planning.
* Facilitate regular site meetings to ensure actions are tracked and completed.
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to support successful project handovers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in construction leadership or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
