Location: Unit 7. Racecourse Business Park, Ballybrit, Galway, Co Galway
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Day shift
Work pattern: Monday - Friday
Duration: 3 - 12 months

Responsibilities:
* Assess clients' needs, strengths and vulnerabilities
* Provide emotional support and practical guidance
* Helping patients navigate crises such as bereavement, abuse, addiction or homelessness
* Advocate for patients' rights and access to services
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual patient
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Social work / Social studies
* CORU Registration is mandatory
* Must be a resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
