We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a dynamic environment, driving growth and building relationships with clients.
* This is an end-to-end B2B consultative sales role, requiring you to work independently to achieve targets and objectives.
* You will spend two days per week in the office in Dublin and three days on the road, attending client meetings and conducting product demonstrations.
* Your territory will be fully owned, giving you complete responsibility for managing your own clients and developing new business opportunities.
* As a Business Development Executive, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including new business development, inbound sales, repeat business, relationship management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
* Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role, covering product demos, sales techniques, shadowing meetings, and closing deals.
* Ongoing mentoring and development will be provided, offering opportunities for progression to team leadership within three years and area management in five years.
