This role oversees the planning, preparation, and execution of high-quality food production for menu items and specials. The primary objective is to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of food production.
* Directly oversee organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and supplies.
* Plan and assign tasks to Line Chefs, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
* Communicate promptly with team members regarding task assignments and changes as needed.
* Identify and address any standards deviation, delegating tasks as necessary.
* Regularly monitor team performance, guaranteeing that procedures are completed according to established departmental standards.
