* Optimise existing estate value to deliver best value for money
* Monitor construction programme and cost plan, ensuring timely completion of projects
* Oversee tender and contractor/consultant appointment process, aligning with our company's procurement methodologies
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in construction project management
* Knowledge of current construction contracts and industry-leading procurement practices
* A proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction
