Project Operations Lead

Our ideal candidate will manage clients' interests in Capital and Minor works and Maintenance programmes.

* Optimise existing estate value to deliver best value for money
* Monitor construction programme and cost plan, ensuring timely completion of projects
* Oversee tender and contractor/consultant appointment process, aligning with our company's procurement methodologies

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in construction project management
* Knowledge of current construction contracts and industry-leading procurement practices
* A proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction

Key Skills:

* Construction management expertise
* Client-side project management capabilities
* Mechanical engineering knowledge
* Civil/structural engineering acumen
* Electrical engineering proficiency
* Building services skills
