Job Description
As an Electrical Package Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing your package on a daily basis. This includes overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring project milestones are met, and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to while leading the project to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Package team, including labour control and coordination.
2. Regularly liaise with key project stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards in line with internal procedures.
4. Deliver Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
5. Oversee and manage the core team, providing leadership and development opportunities.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Electrical trade background (advantageous).
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proven experience managing Electrical projects.
4. Strong delegation, organisational, and leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
