Electrical Site Supervisor: We are currently recruiting an Electrical Site Supervisor for a M&E contractor to work across several water and infrastructure projects in Carlow and South of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision and scheduling of sub-contractors from all disciplines (electrical, control & automation, and civils for minor ducting and enabling works. Responsibilities: The Electrical Site Supervisor will be supervising and scheduling of technicians & electricians across all disciplines. Supervising approx. 3 to 4 sites at any given time. Arrange all site logistics including material take-offs, purchasing of electrical equipment. Organising sub-contractors from other disciplines. Implementation of all Health & Safety Rules. Initial site set-up and mobilisation of works. Prepare all siteworks including Permits to Work & Safe Plan of Actions. The Electrical Site Supervisor will liaise with Project Managers and Engineers. Fitting of all equipment to a professional standard. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a trade background. 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Willingness to travel within Ireland where necessary. The Electrical Site Supervisor will need experience in installation of Control Panels, Back-Up Generators, UPS, Power Factor Correction, VSDs and all associated cabling & containment. Experience in commissioning equipment, focusing on MCCs and instrumentation. Strong technical capability Templates, drawings & schematics P&IDs. Full clean drivers license is required. Salary: Salary €70-€80K DOE. Company Van provided with Fuel Card. Excellent career prospects. 25 days holidays. Monday to Friday working week.
