Please note that this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, for Maternity Cover.
* Full-time hours available, 37.5 hours per week
* Competitive hourly rate - from 15 Euro p/h
* Typical shifts are Monday 8am - 5pm, Tuesday 7.30am - 4pm, Wednesday 10.30am -7.30pm, Thursday 12pm - 8.30pm, Friday 10.30am - 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am -1.30pm (1 in every 8 weeks approximately)
* Close-knit, established team, delivering dental care for the best patients in Dublin
About you
We'd love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
* Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn't a must-have)
* A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
* Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent front of house customer service and telephone skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Have a minimum of 2 years reception experience
* Previous dental experience a distinct advantage but full training is provided
* Enthusiastic, with excellent team, inter-personal and organisational skills
* Be highly motivated, attention to detail, customer focused and friendly
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Be available to work shift work, with some early mornings, late evenings and occasional Saturdays.
