About the Role BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is expanding its Weddings Team and is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused professional to join our dedicated events department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in events, hospitality, or sales to play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings and events in a unique village setting.
Key Responsibilities Manage the complete wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding couples and event organisers, ensuring a personalised and professional service.
Liaise effectively with internal departments to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery of events.
Consistently uphold high standards in customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless communication and administration.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to overall revenue goals.
Support on-the-day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.
Requirements Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a sales-focused role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and personable manner.
Strong computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is advantageous.
Highly organised with exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, midweek shifts, and varied hours as business needs require.
