Vickerstock are working in partnership with our specialist FMCG global manufacturing client who are on the search for a motivated Production Supervisor to join the well-established team at their state-of-the-art factory in County Wexford.

As Production Supervisor your duties will include
* Work as part of a team to ensure optimum flow through the production process.
* Ensure compliance with company work instructions, SOPs and GMP standards at all times.
* Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations to achieve daily and weekly output targets, ensuring team and individual performance levels are monitored and achieved.
* Identify opportunities to improve work processes and methods.
* Work with key stakeholders to support the efficient running of the plant.
* Participate in relevant meetings e.g. Production planning, Health & Safety.
* Carry out the necessary day to day administrative duties.
* Identify, plan and implement the necessary training required for the team and individuals and provide cross training as required on all processes.
We are looking for
* Previous Supervisory experience within Manufacturing (Food background would be ideal but not essential)
* Must have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate, organise, develop and lead a team by giving direction, instruction, guidance and example.
