Through collaboration and domain expertise, we embed innovative data analytics solutions into existing business areas, transforming data into strategic assets. You will play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships and delivering first‑class customer experience on high‑profile engagements.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLeading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data and Analytics technologies.Adapting your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs, anticipating and identifying risks and escalating issues as appropriate.Creating a positive learning culture, coaching and counseling junior team members, sharing best practices, industry trends, and technical knowledge to foster professional growth.Leading the design and implementation of data artefacts, including data modelling, data integration, data storage, and data governance based on industry best practices and client‑specific requirements.Hands‑on experience on data modelling techniques to create Enterprise Data Models.Implementing data management concepts such as Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Testing.Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.Conducting assessment of existing data architectures, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending remediation plans to optimise data management processes and systems.Developing data migration strategies and overseeing the execution of data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to client operations.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights and recommendations on data architecture, data governance, data quality and data security matters.Staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in data architecture and management, providing thought leadership to drive innovation and enhance our consulting offerings.To Qualify for the Role, You Must HaveThird level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis and strategy, with a proven track record of creating impactful visual stories from complex datasets.At least 2 years of consulting experience providing strategic guidance and hands‑on implementation while building trusted advisor relationships.Proven expertise in data modelling and database designs such as ER models, Dimensional models, Data Vaults and Hierarchical/Network data models.Extensive experience in developing code for both SQL and NoSQL databases, with proficiency across various database platforms both on‑prem and in cloud.Extensive knowledge of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data warehouse design.Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud‑based data services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to handle large‑scale data processing and analytics.Understanding of data quality principles and practices, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques to ensure high‑quality data.Ability to create comprehensive documentation for data models, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure clarity and compliance.Proven experience in modelling and handling real‑time data streams using technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, or similar tools to support real‑time analytics and decision‑making.Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and practices.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design innovative data solutions.Excellent client‑facing skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and manage relationships with clients at various levels of the organization.Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and mentor a team of consultants and drive successful project outcomes.Ideally,
