Senior Technical Writer role at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)OverviewReporting to the Head of Technical Content, you are an experienced technical writer with five plus years’ experience. Ideally, you have a wide set of skills, including markdown and advanced Atlassian suite (primarily Confluence with plug-ins and macros). You are a motivated self-starter, who is well-versed in technical documentation in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.You are creative, organized, and deliver quickly in iterations. Drafting content live in working sessions with subject matter experts (such as product managers and software developers) does not daunt you, and you know how to approach various types of people. Your work is consistent, concise, and clear. Not only are you an excellent writer, but you are also an astute editor, and you understand content flow, hierarchy, taxonomy, and formatting so that users can easily find exactly what they need.
