Business Development Lead
Our organisation is seeking an exceptional Business Development Lead to join our senior leadership team. This key role will be responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new opportunities and delivering business benefits.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully growing businesses through strategic partnerships and collaboration. They will be skilled in developing and presenting bespoke solutions to clients, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy that delivers revenue targets and exceeds customer acquisition and retention goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, collaborations and innovative solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners to drive business success.
* Manage and develop a small business Executive Team to deliver sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, preferably in a leadership or management role.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
