Job Description
The School of Education seeks to appoint an Assistant Professor in Psychology of Education (Specific Purpose). The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in the field of Psychology of Education at Trinity College Dublin’s School of Education.
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Psychology of Education.
Work with established teams on teacher education, masters and doctoral programmes.
Support the future development of the field as part of the School’s strategic plan.
Contribute to the School’s postgraduate taught and research programmes, including supervision at masters level.
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract. The specific purpose of this employment is to fill a vacancy on a temporary basis pending the return of the postholder from authorised leave. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration; the original postholder is expected to return, and if they do not, the post will be filled through open competition.

Salary
