Electrical Engineering Commissioning Agent Overview of Position Attend Cx meetings.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Act promptly on items of work indicated in Cx meeting minutes.Work with other team members to complete the Cx schedule.Provide required documentation in a timely manner.Cooperate with the other Cx team members to complete the project as efficiently as possible.Primary Responsibilities Manage smooth Cx of the project by coordinating between the Owner and the Contractor.Supervise and approve Cx plans in accordance with project guidelines.Review designs and supervise onsite Cx activities.Prepare and maintain Cx records of site observations, testing processes and checklists.Monitor installation, submittals and usage of engineering tools adhering to project and Cx guidelines.Witness testing processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results.Assist with identification and rectification of Cx deficiencies.Track and review progress through meetings.Compile commission report data for summarizing.Assist in summarizing and updating Cx records.Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with functional staff.Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the Cx Team.Attain customer satisfaction through adhering to project guidelines.Required Skills: Electrical Review the installed electrical work to determine if it is in accordance with the design documents.Review electrical testing forms completed by the Contractor to ensure they appropriately documented and signed off.Assist with the coordination of electrical Cx.Perform periodic inspections of the Cx progress.Maintain a deficiency list of electrical issues identified during the site visits.Report to the Cx Manager.Witness Cx.Required Skills: Mechanical Reviews the installed mechanical/HVAC work is complete and accurate for Cx activities and is in accordance with the design documents.Oversees all mechanical/HVAC testing to ensure that testing is fully completed and supports the overall Cx schedule.Verifies all mechanical/HVAC is properly documented and signed off as necessary.Develops mechanical/HVAC punch lists and assists in rectifying Cx critical punch list items for immediate resolution.Reports to the Cx Manager.Witnesses Cx.Required Skills EPMS BAS SCADA Reviews the installed automation work to determine if it is in accordance with the design documents.Reviews functional testing checklists completed by the Contractor.Assists with coordination of the automation Cx.Assists with shutdown planning for automation migration (if required).Performs periodic inspections of the Cx progress.Reports to the Cx Manager.Witnesses Cx.Education and Experience Bachelors degree or higher in a related field At least 2 years working in a similar role.Verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.Special Position Requirements Promote a safety culture on site.
