The Shift Manager will lead the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality, safety and hygiene.
* Lead the shift team to achieve production targets/KPIs
* Maintain excellent standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Housekeeping Practice
* Monitor and control costs
* Ensure safe working practices and conduct
* Maintain positive working relationships and effective communication
* Drive initiatives to maximise employee contribution and improve product quality and process efficiencies
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a management/supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry
* Third level qualification in a related field desirable
* SAP/MES/Scada experience highly desirable
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Office required
