The Role of an E-Learning Specialist

Responsibilities include:
* Developing clear, high-quality, effective and engaging training resources.
* Supporting needs analysis, design and e Learning delivery.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to update storyboards.
* QA e Learning courses, document issues and confirm fixes.
* Managing client feedback during QA phases.
* Testing courses across devices.
* Revising scripts and recording audio as needed.
* Organising images and adding multimedia content.
* Coordinating with vendors and experts for accuracy.
* Supervising online course rollout and communication.
* Monitoring learning platforms and addressing technical problems.
* Partnering with L&D Consultant/DG Operations for module development and QA.
We are seeking an experienced e Learning Specialist with over 2 years of experience in designing and developing e Learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline. Experience with Camtasia and the Adobe suite is beneficial, as well as familiarity with Learn Dash and LMS administration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience addressing development issues systematically and collaboratively, including identifying causes, conducting troubleshooting, and implementing solutions.
