Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects in Waterford from planning through to completion.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all targets are met.
* Implement best practices in safety, quality control, and risk management.
* Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing any concerns.

Key Requirements:
