We offer individual counselling, couples counselling, and child and adolescent counselling, with up to 24 sessions over a 6-month period.
Our services support those impacted by addiction (both individuals in recovery and their family and friends) and assist those dealing with anxieties, low mood, financial difficulties, relationship and communication issues, depression, isolation, bereavement, loneliness, and social and economic deprivation.
