The Fund Accounting Manager will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of NAV production and investor reporting for an allocated portfolio of private equity funds. This is a technically focused role requiring strong accounting expertise, control awareness, and delivery discipline. The role also supports continuous process improvement and system enhancements while working closely with Client Service Management and internal technology teams.
Reporting Line
This role reports to the Local Head of Private Markets Accounting, who in turn reports to the Group Head of Private Markets Accounting.

Core Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely production of NAVs for an allocated portfolio of Private Equity funds.
Prepare and review key investor deliverables, including capital call notices, distribution notices, fee calculations, and investor reporting packs.
Manage daily workflows to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and internal control frameworks.
Perform detailed reviews of accounting outputs, reconciliations, valuation updates, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Resolve operational and technical issues arising during NAV and reporting production, escalating where appropriate to senior accounting leadership.
Act as the primary operational contact for Client Service Managers in relation to timelines, deliverables, and fund‑specific queries.
Support the audit process, assisting with technical queries and providing required information and clarifications.
Contribute to continuous process and control improvements, helping to streamline NAV production and investor reporting activities.
Work with internal technology teams to support automation opportunities and system enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Attributes Required
8+ years relevant fund accounting or financial services experience, within private equity.
Strong understanding of NAV production processes, private equity fund structures, and investor reporting cycles.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Proficiency in Investran.
Proven ability to manage a team, demonstrate ownership, and deliver high‑quality outputs.
