This is a company that are experiencing growth across all 3 profit sectors and require a lead to work as part of their senior management structure.Our client has invested heavily in their people over the last 12 months and has a robust project pipeline spanning 2025 and beyond.Full job description and client information can be obtained upon request but a brief overview would include;• Manage and coordinate remote field teams, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication as well as back of house support teams, SHEQ, Call Centre & Scheduling, Warehouse and Logistics, Fleet, HR, Desktop Auditing, IT, Admin.• Ensure robust stock control and logistics systems are implemented to support field teams and minimise project delays.• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ESB Networks and NIE infrastructure upgrade frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.• Facilitate regular performance review meetings to assess progress and address challenges proactively.• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue additional opportunities within the utilities sector• Risk and Compliance ManagementFor a full JD and first steps apply with a full cv or reach out directly.
