* Support the branch team in overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, stock control, opening and closing and logistics.
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.
* Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and accurate stock management.
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and business development.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the builders providers, construction supply, or relevant sector.
* Track record of leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strong product knowledge of building materials and related trades.
