We are currently working with an industry leading Real Estate firm who are looking to hire an Office Manager to join their team. They are seeking an ambitious candidate who is keen to expand their role and find new ways to contribute to the team.

Role Duties Include:

* EA to CEO
* General administrative duties

* Office Management

* Marketing

* Provide support to team for expense documentation and other deal specific tasks as required

* Travel Management

* Diary management

* Provide IT support




Requirements

o Excellent IT Skills (proficiency in MS Office is required: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

o Strong organisational skills and professional telephone manner

o Excellent oral and written communication skills

o Excellent attention to detail
