About the Role:
The After Work Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring each individual person is supported to live their life of choice. This involves managing and co-ordinating after work programmes for individuals, overseeing an agreed caseload for integrated day service, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
