Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Maintain files on all accounts, update records and spreadsheets as required.
* Lodgements and EFT payments weekly.
* Reconcile bank accounts and resolve issues in processes.
* Manage and maintain invoices and document all processes.
* Funding applications.
* Manage petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
* Manage customer contracts, evaluate agreements and invoices.
* Assist Accountant and prepare all financial data and reports.
* Prepare reports of payroll weekly and administer payments.
* Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.
