About the role:DBFL Consulting Engineers, one of Ireland’s leading engineering consultancies, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Bid Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team.This role will support the co-ordination, preparation, and submission of bids and proposals for public and private sector clients. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, and the wider marketing team, the Bid Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the bidding process.Duties will include monitoring and circulating etenders portal notifications, collating and formatting bid documents, maintaining CV and project case study databases, managing bid schedules, supporting compliance checks, and ensuring version control of all bid materials.
