CONTRACT
Permanent, full-time contract, following completion of a 6-month probationary period, with a 35-hour working week.
SALARY
The successful candidate can expect to earn in the region of €85,000 - €99,000, commensurate with experience.
LOCATION
The position will be based in Camden Street, Dublin 2, with occasional travel within Ireland. A hybrid office/home option is available (2 days per week) but would be determined by the requirements of the organisation.

THE ROLE
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Age Action Ireland (Age Action) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and long-term sustainability of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO holds full executive responsibility for operational delivery, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship and organisational culture, while working in close partnership with the Board to shape and deliver Age Action’s strategic direction.
