Brand Manager – Plaza Group
The Plaza Group, one of Ireland’s leading independent motorway and primary route services group, is looking to hire a creative and driven Brand Manager. Our core brands include the iconic Supermac’s, Papa John’s Pizza, SuperSubs, The Moo Parlour Ice Cream, Mac’s Place Deli and Bewley’s Baristas.
As Brand Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the brand and marketing strategy for the Plaza Group, support the expansion of the Plaza Group footprint across Ireland, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of the brand and marketing strategy for the Plaza Group.
* Develop and implement localised brand and marketing activity for each of the Plaza Group Retail outlets.
* Manage activation across all Plaza outlets including Point of Sale, Press, Social Media and Signage.
* Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
* Provide insights on consumer trends, competitor activities and cutting‑edge marketing strategies.
* Manage budgets, ensure on‑time delivery of campaigns and analyse return on investment.
* Manage brand sponsorships and partnerships.
* Support delivery of on‑site events.
* Drive B2B partnerships.
* Drive and manage The Bus Driver Loyalty programme.
Key Skills & Experience
* Min 5 years’ experience in retail or an FMCG commercial marketing role.
* A marketing or business degree.
* Excellent commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environments.
* Good organisational and project management experience.
* Full driving licence essential.
* Highly driven, self‑starter.
