We are seeking an experienced and talented IT Business Analyst to join the Kilkenny office and work closely with our Head of IT and local offices nationwide.

The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team at Ifac Kilkenny.

Responsibilities
Responsible for writing IT development specifications.
Support with presenting themes, epics and user stories.
Assist with the ongoing maintenance and development of internal software.
Support system upgrades, cloud infrastructure management, and routine service maintenance.
Provide regular updates and reporting to the Head of IT.
Collaborate with the Head of IT and wider leadership team to ensure technology foundations support wider business objectives.
You Will Have
Degree or recognised technical diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience of using Agile methodology for software development and project management.
Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management.
A passion for helping people.
A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position.
Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance where required.
Experience in accountancy, professional services, or SME technology environments is a plus.
