Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee health and safety, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure works are executed in compliance with regulations, design documents, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading construction teams, managing programmes and progress reports, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong commercial acumen, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction, an in-depth knowledge of trades and building regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
