for the Sretaw Hotel Group ( SHG)
we'll expect you to have at
least two years as a sales or event sales manager position
in a single or multi property in the Irish Hospitality sector looking after corporate or MICE sales.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Dublin. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Key responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, mentoring team members, collaborating with other departments, and representing the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
* Strong skills in Market Analysis, Revenue Forecasts, and Goal Setting
* Leadership and Team Management capabilities with experience in mentoring and motivating sales teams
* Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to manage client relationships and lead sales efforts
* Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and hotel sales operations
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and represent the hotel at industry events
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
* Previous experience in a senior sales or management role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable
