Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinating daily and weekly rostas for health care assistants with clients
Assigning health care assistants with clients based on suitability, location, and availability
Managing changes to schedules due to sick leave, holidays, or emergencies
Building strong working relationships with health care assistants to support consistent rosters
Communicating with clients and families to manage expectations and resolve queries
Monitoring health care assistants' visits using scheduling software
Working with supervisors and managers to align client and carer needs
Participating in team meetings and contributing to wider office operations
Compliance with legislation in line with the Homecare Sector (e.g., GDPR, HSE specification ****, HIQA, Health & Safety, Organisation of Working Times Act)
Key skills
3 yearsExperience necessary in a similar role with a background in Homecare.
Working knowledge of Rostering/Monitoring Systems (e.g. One Touch)
An open approach to problem solving
