About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Part-Qualified Accountant to join our team. This role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and performing regular bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a bookkeeping role or be partly qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA. Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks, along with strong Excel skills is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Processing invoices and payments
* Performing regular bank reconciliations
* Preparing VAT returns
* Assisting with management accounts
* SUPPORTING THE PREPARATION OF YEAR-END FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a bookkeeping role or partly qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
* Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
* Strong Excel skills
* A solid understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations
