Investment Professional Role
This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships within a Private Clients department.
* Client relationship development through the creation and execution of bespoke plans.
* Revenue growth opportunities identification and management of cross-selling services.
* Reviewing existing client categorisation and ensuring appropriate management.
* Executing engagement strategies to provide proactive, relevant, and tailored contact, investment ideas, and recommendations.
* Management of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to client relationships.
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in a business-related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years industry experience.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
