About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of an Operations Team responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our plant.
* You will troubleshoot process equipment problems and carry out maintenance and upkeep of equipment to minimize downtime.
* Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient plant performance by troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Operations Team through troubleshooting process equipment problems.
* CARRY OUT MAINTENANCE AND UPTAKE OF EQUIPMENT.
* Minimise downtime and track downtime occurrences.
* Conduct reliability engineering to optimise plant performance.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of GMP compliance requirements.
* Experience with deviation management and electrical qualification.
* Familiarity with calibration and instrumentation is essential.
* Audit experience providing technical assurance is highly valued.
* Drafting SOPs, WIs and PMs would be beneficial.
