Leadership Role in Mental Health Services
We are seeking a dynamic mental health nurse leader to play a pivotal role in guiding our clinical teams and driving excellence in care.
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for developing, organising, and delivering safe, evidence-based mental health care. You will ensure that services are planned and delivered to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes while maintaining strong governance and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Nursing and support them in the ongoing development of mental health services across our Approved Centre and associated units.
This is a key leadership position that requires a registered psychiatric nurse with at least 5 years post-registration experience. A master's degree in healthcare management or similar is desirable but not essential. Experience in service development is also required.
