This global top-tier law firm are hiring an Associate Finance Director on a 1315 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a key leadership position within the Finance function, reporting directly to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, oversee core teams across Financial Reporting, Payroll, and Compliance, and act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Finance Director on strategic financial planning Lead, manage and develop finance teams Provide financial insights to support business decisions Oversee financial accounting and tax compliance Deliver key finance projects and process improvements About You: ACA or ACCA qualified with 8+ years' post-qualification experience Experienced in managing finance teams and working at a senior level Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail High IT proficiency and commercial awareness Collaborative communicator with strong leadership skills Why Join?
