As Deputy Manager, you'll be right at the heart of the action. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll help drive performance, energise the team, and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience. This is a role for someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team
3. Deliver excellent customer service in a lively, engaging environment
4. Drive sales performance and meet key commercial targets
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
6. Manage rotas, cash handling, and day-to-day administration
About you:
7. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or hospitality
8. A confident people-leader with strong communication skills
9. Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
