We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Events operations Manager to join our senior team. This role is instrumental in the advance planning, coordination, and successful delivery of entertainment events, corporate functions, and festivals across the Gleneagle complex.
This position may suit a senior hotel manager looking for a fresh challenge, or an experienced event professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning & Coordination.
* Lead all advance planning for events, ensuring quality execution across all venues.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate event logistics.
* Manage contractor relationships, permit applications, and stakeholder communications.
* Develop and manage event budgets, staff rosters, deployment schedules, and event plans.
* Ensure all activities are in full compliance with H&S, legislative, and ISO standards.
* Event Delivery
* Oversee live event operations, managing on-site execution and team coordination.
* Act as Event Controller for major Gleneagle Arena events.
* Ensure seamless communication across departments during event execution.
3. Maintenance, Health & Safety.
* Oversee preventative maintenance for the Gleneagle Arena and venues.
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards, safeguarding employees, patrons, and performers at all times.
* Festival Planning & Execution.
* Coordinate, organize, and deliver festivals throughout the year.
* Play a key role in the development of new festival concepts and their successful implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
* A Level 7 qualification in Event Management (preferred but not essential).
* 4+ years' experience managing large-scale entertainment and/or corporate events.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative functions.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to live events.
