We have opportunities in Ireland for Building Surveying graduates to work within our surveying teams, to help provide a range of building surveying services to our clients in Ireland and around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
The Building Surveyor role we offer can be varied and is dependent on the Client, sector and project. General Building Surveying duties include:
1. Building regulations
2. Condition Surveys
3. Technical Due Diligence
4. Building Pathology
5. Feasibility Studies
6. Design and specification
7. Tendering process
8. Contract administration
9. Measured surveys
10. Dilapidations
A Building Surveying Graduate at AECOM could assist in all of the above tasks and see projects from inception to completion on site.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2.1 or equivalent) in Building Surveying SCSI/RICS accredited
Skills:
1. Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication
2. Proactive and driven approach to work
3. Ability to work in a team
4. Good organisation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
