Overview
Cpl Talent Evolution Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on the Fraud Contract Centre team. This is a 3‑month contract, remote, with Cpl as a Talent Partner to Bank of Ireland. Cpl provides full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. The client‑facing role focuses on customer service delivery within a fraud contact centre environment and supports inclusive, customer‑focused service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide best‑in‑class customer service and clear solutions to customer queries
* Maintain professional standards expected in a leading contact centre
* Work toward achievement of individual performance objectives
* Contribute positively to the team and support colleagues
* Comply with regulatory requirements and all operational and administrative procedures
* Engage in personal development to achieve required competency levels for the role
Role requirements
* Excellent team player with energy and commitment to achieving the Fraud Customer Centre goals
* Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexible, energetic, and innovative approach; ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Self‑motivated with the ability to meet targets
* Excellent problem solving and resolution skills with attention to getting it right first time
Desirable qualifications, skills & experience
* Experience in a phone‑based role
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft products
