Groundworks Crew Job Specification Company Location: Monaghan Project Location: Dublin (various sites) Position: Groundworks Operatives (Crew) Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent (subject to project) Role Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable Groundworks Crew members to join our team on projects based in Dublin. The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of groundworks on commercial and residential construction sites. Key Responsibilities Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including: Drainage, ducting and services Foundations, footpaths, kerbing and concrete works Site preparation and excavation support Operating small plant and tools where certified Working alongside machine operators, engineers and site management Ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following site health & safety procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in groundworks (essential) Safe Pass (required) Manual Handling (preferred) Experience with drainage and concrete works an advantage Ability to work as part of a crew and take instruction Good timekeeping and strong work ethic Willingness to travel to Dublin sites daily (or stay away if applicable) What We Offer Competitive rates of pay (based on experience) Ongoing work on established projects Opportunity to work with a growing Monaghan-based company Supportive team environment
