Home Manager Role
CPL Healthcare is excited to announce its partnership with a client who provides therapeutic care and support to children and young people in a nurturing home environment, offering safe spaces for children to flourish and reach their full potential.
We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Home Manager in a Separated Children Seeking International Protection residential service.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care/Work 4 years' experience of working in a social care environment with children A full clean driving licence with access to own transport. Previous management experience preferred Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines Flexible approach to meet business needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
