As one of Ireland's largest suppliers of Construction, Quarry, Forestry and Agri equipment, McHale Plant Sales is looking for someone who knows machines inside-out—whether from operating them on site or repairing them in the yard—and is ready to step into a new role.
What the job is about
Based at our Birdhill depot, you'll be the go-to person making sure our field service team keeps customers' machines working.
Your day will include:
Being front-line support for customers when a breakdown happens
Scheduling and supervising our field service engineers
Working with the workshop and parts teams to quote and organise repairs
Opening, tracking and closing jobs so nothing slips through the cracks
Promoting service and parts to our customer base to help them get the most from their machines
Who we're looking for
Someone with real plant machinery experience—operating, servicing or fixing
A natural organiser who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving
Motivated and able to work on your own initiative as well as with others
Quick to learn new systems and keen to develop new skills
