About the role You'll be supporting a 17-year-old young woman with complex health needs during the night, helping to ensure she feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while her family rests.
She lives in a loving family home in the peaceful rural village of North Somercotes (near Louth), along with her parents, siblings, and family pets.
This is a waking night role, working alongside another experienced Support Worker throughout each shift, so you're never alone and always supported.
(Because of the rural location, a car and driving licence are essential.)
